If you are excited about solving complex world problems, we are looking for you! We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale bottom-funnel growth for Amplify. This role is for someone who knows how to turn paid media into qualified leads, booked demos, and product-led conversions—not vanity metrics. You’ll build and run high-intent campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, working closely with founders, sales, and product to drive real pipeline and revenue impact. What you'll do • Own growth strategy: Translate business goals into a clear, performance-driven marketing strategy focused on leads, demos, and PLG conversions. • Run bottom-funnel paid campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize high-intent campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. • Demand generation: Drive pipeline using a mix of paid media, ABM, content, webinars, and email. • Product-led growth: Optimize campaigns for in-product actions, activation, and conversion—not just form fills. • Performance optimization: Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing experiences to improve CAC and conversion rates. • Tracking & attribution: Own web/app tracking, event setup, and attribution to ensure clean, reliable performance data. • Marketing automation: Ensure marketing and sales workflows are connected and running smoothly to support demo bookings and conversions. • Analytics & reporting: Track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, demo bookings, conversion rates, attribution, and pipeline growth. • Budget ownership: Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget with ROI as the north star. • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with founders, sales, and product to align campaigns with revenue and growth goals. What we're looking for • 3–5 years of hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns focused on lead gen, demos, and bottom-funnel conversions. • Proven expertise across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, including bidding, targeting, optimization, and experimentation. • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and product-led growth funnels. • Experience optimizing for high-intent outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, demos booked, in-product conversions). • Solid grasp of tracking, attribution, and web/app analytics, including setup and troubleshooting. • Highly analytical—comfortable working with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IFs) and SQL to extract insights. • Data-driven, execution-focused, and biased toward testing and iteration.
