YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build the website structure, define and implement new sections (e.g. resources pages, …) improve UX (speed, usability, …), develop high converting landing pages. - Build and ship new pages components directly in the CMS as well as solve bugs, translations & redirects to existing pages. - End-to-end ownership of the Figma design workflow to keep the library aligned with the live website, creating scalable components, documenting usage and collaborating with stakeholders - Implement custom solutions, automations and support integrations with HTML, CSS and JS. - Identify UX and conversion friction points using analytics, heat-maps, and user behaviour insights. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 1–3 years of experience in web development, with a proven track of CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow), UX design and Conversion Rate Optimization. - Strong skills on Figma and UX design for websites, with a proven track record - Knowledge of Clarity and Conversion Rate Optimization best practices - Familiarity with data analysis tools like GA4, Looker Studio and working with CRM (Hubspot) - Experience of SEO fundamentals and SEO best practices are considered a plus! - Creative, proactive and comfortable in working within fast-paced environments and iterative approach. - Skills of HTML and CSS (Javascript is highly valued) to develop custom solutions, scripts, define and build embeds/integrations to improve overall performance. - Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
