About the Role
Litify is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Mid-Market team, helping clients maximize their use of Litify and Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on driving client adoption, retention, and contract renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as an expert in both Litify and Salesforce to advise clients and provide on-the-spot solutioning
- →Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and SMB clients, meeting individually to drive adoption and ensure retention
- →Lead goal setting sessions and assist implementation teams in preparing clients for successful launches
- →Partner with clients to provide best practices and recommend appropriate Litify, Salesforce, and AppExchange solutions
- →Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction through Gross Retention and NPS Score
- →Identify at-risk accounts and develop customer remediation plans
- →Coordinate between clients and Litify internal resources to drive adoption
- →Document success stories for the Marketing team
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable technical aptitude with Litify and Salesforce (Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred)
- ✓Experience with gathering requirements and designing best practice solutions
- ✓Strong aptitude for new technologies and creative problem-solving
- ✓2 years experience as a Customer Success Manager (ideally with SaaS)
- ✓5 years experience in direct customer-facing positions
- ✓Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
