This role involves partnering with clients to lead the human side of enterprise transformation, helping organizations adapt to AI, digital transformation, evolving workforce models, and shifting business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end people and change workstreams for complex transformation initiatives
- →Serve as a day-to-day client-facing advisor, partnering with senior leaders and business stakeholders

Requirements
- ✓Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- ✓Demonstrated success delivering people-centered change and transformation in client-facing roles
- ✓Experience supporting transformation initiatives such as workforce redesign or HR transformation
- ✓Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity
- ✓Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfort working in project-based, evolving client environments
