About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Lone Wolf, the largest real estate software company in North America. This role focuses on building partnerships with customers to help them achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and cultivate long-term relationships
- →Develop successful strategies to help customers achieve their business objectives
- →Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of escalated issues
- →Proactively communicate updates, reporting, and solutions to maintain customer confidence
- →Engage with customers through phone and email channels to support ongoing account needs
- →Understand customer business objectives and provide consultative recommendations
- →Forecast and manage renewals to encourage long-term client relationships
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- ✓2 - 3+ years' experience in Customer Success role, preferably in the real estate industry
- ✓Self-motivated, collaborative, and creative team player
- ✓Proactive with a sense of urgency
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Customer-first mentality
- ✓Business acumen and industry knowledge
- ✓Coachable and curious with a growth mindset
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, MS Office solutions, and SaaS industry preferred
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment
