About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding & Success Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle and managing critical project processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage client support and onboard them onto the platform during the acquisition phase
- →Ensure the smooth and fast onboarding of Malt Open freelancers
- →Contribute to client autonomy by pitching platform benefits
- →Manage manual processes related to client and project management
- →Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management and billing-related topics
- →Provide administrative support for VMS staffing and documentation processes
- →Accountable for project renewals by anticipating ending projects
- →Act as the Business Partner to Account Managers
- →Be the expert on the client’s contract to ensure the right application of the contract
Requirements
- ✓Strong skills in managing client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- ✓Skilled in conflict resolution techniques and can navigate challenging client situations
- ✓Ability to identify and improve operational workflows and processes
- ✓Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Notion, with basic knowledge of Looker and experience with CRM tools
- ✓Experience in managing business pipelines to track opportunities and renewals
- ✓Comfortable with communication strategies involving contracting and contract management
- ✓Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
- ✓Full professional proficiency in both English and German
