About the Role
We are looking for a Global SDR to join our Acquisition department at Malt, the leading European marketplace connecting freelancers and companies. This role is critical in our expansion across Europe, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients and launching the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- →Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events).
- →Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
- →Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt’s unique ROI.
- →Handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
- →Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
- →Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.
Requirements
- ✓High-level education ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
- ✓1+ year of experience in a high-activity sales or prospecting role.
- ✓Proficiency in Spanish and English on a native level.
- ✓Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.
- ✓Strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.
