About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical Paid Search & YouTube Manager to join our mission-driven consumer performance medicine company. This role will be instrumental in transitioning our SEM and YouTube operations in-house to help us scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- →Master intent capture and keyword strategy, building robust negative keyword lists
- →Drive YouTube performance as a direct-response channel, collaborating with creative teams
- →Conduct rigorous A/B testing of headlines, descriptions, and landing pages
- →Utilize internal analytics and multi-touch attribution tools for performance analysis
- →Assist in setting up and evaluating geo holdout tests to prove incrementality
- →Maintain visible work queues and rigorous reporting standards
Requirements
- ✓Deep, hands-on mastery of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- ✓Proven experience scaling direct-response accounts in a D2C environment
- ✓Experience managing YouTube for conversions, not just brand awareness
- ✓Proficiency with 1st party analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau)
- ✓Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms and tracking pixels
- ✓Resourcefulness and data-driven mindset
