About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer to join Megaport, the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS). This role involves creating clear content that translates complex technical information for engineers and developers, helping them get the most out of Megaport's services.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate key messaging, value propositions, communications, and content strategies for Megaport’s brands
→Deliver data-informed content projects that strengthen Megaport’s market position
→Manage production of content and communications assets for customer education
→Support creation of investor relations materials like annual reports and press releases
→Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop resonant content
→Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into copy and planning
→Lead and support the marketing team in enhancing capabilities

Requirements

✓At least 6 years of experience as a content manager/strategist with a mix of strategy projects
✓Experience at B2B technology companies required
✓Knowledge of digital tools, vendors, and trends
✓Superb writing and editing skills with AI proficiency
✓Strong organization, management, and communication skills
✓Ability to work independently in a globally-distributed team
