About the Role
We are looking for a BDR to join our growing team at Minders. This role will play a strategic part in supporting pre-sales and sales teams, working closely with clients to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategic opportunity identification: Identify and prioritize accounts aligned with Minders' ICP, with autonomy to test approaches, suggest adjustments, and refine qualification criteria.
- →Multi-channel outbound prospecting: Plan, execute, and optimize prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calls, continuously proposing improvements to messaging, cadences, segmentation, and channels.
- →Lead qualification and discovery: Conduct inbound and outbound discovery calls, evaluating fit, context, and business potential based on qualification methodologies.
- →Initial product demonstrations: Perform initial demos of Amplitude and Braze platforms, focusing on presenting value, use cases, and business impact.
- →Commercial collaboration and authority generation: Work closely with Sales and Account Executives to ensure structured opportunity handoffs and actively participate on LinkedIn, creating and sharing content aligned with Minders' value proposition.
Requirements
- ✓Student or graduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- ✓2+ years of proven experience as BDR or SDR outbound, working with active prospecting in B2B markets.
- ✓Practical knowledge of qualification methodologies (CHAMP, MEDDPIC, or similar).
- ✓Practical knowledge of Hubspot or similar tools.
- ✓Practical knowledge of prospecting tools (Apollo, Genesys, Reply.io, LinkedIn Navigator).
