About the Role

We are looking for a BDR to join our sales team at Minders. This person will play a strategic role supporting pre-sales and sales, working closely with clients to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify and prioritize accounts aligned with Minders' ICP
→Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns
→Conduct discovery calls to evaluate lead fit and business potential
→Perform initial product demos of Amplitude and Braze platforms
→Collaborate with sales and account executives to ensure structured opportunity handoffs

Requirements

✓Student or graduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
✓Proven experience as a BDR or SDR with active prospecting in B2B markets
✓Practical knowledge of qualification methodologies like CHAMP, MEDDPIC
✓Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
✓Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo, Genesys, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
