About the Role
Morning Consult is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on prospecting and supporting deals for SaaS offerings while generating revenue through pipeline development and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets
- →Cultivate pipeline through strategic outbound campaigns and cold calling
- →Partner with Account Executives to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle
- →Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine selling strategies
- →Identify key decision-makers within new accounts
- →Manage a high volume of inbound leads with strategic prioritization
- →Participate in onboarding, training, and professional development
- →Exceed weekly and monthly goals for meetings and pipeline development
Requirements
- ✓Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Business
- ✓Excellent academic record
- ✓Prior sales or marketing internship experience
- ✓Strong record of leadership
- ✓Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience in prospecting, account planning, and cold calling
