About the Role
We are seeking an Information Security GRC Analyst to strengthen our organization's security posture and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. This critical role will work closely with senior stakeholders to support the Chief Information Security Officer in implementing governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement and execute governance and compliance processes, ensuring effective oversight and reporting on key controls and risk management measures
- →Support third-party vendor onboarding by reviewing and negotiating Information Security terms in contracts
- →Conduct onboarding assessments and ongoing monitoring of third parties, ensuring continuous risk oversight
- →Enhance Third-Party monitoring capabilities by developing methodologies for proactive ongoing oversight
- →Conduct comprehensive end-to-end Information Security risk assessments across systems, applications, and technical environments
- →Review new applications and technologies, providing guidance on associated Information Security risks
- →Provide guidance to remediation owners in developing and executing effective risk treatment plans
- →Prepare clear risk assessment reports to facilitate informed management decision-making
- →Contribute to Information Security training and awareness initiatives
- →Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- →Collect, analyse and enhance metrics related to security control performance
- →Provide input to board and committee reports, governance forums, and policies
- →Respond to client and regulatory information requests
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- ✓Experience with information security risk assessment methodologies
- ✓Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- ✓Ability to develop and implement security controls and monitoring processes
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ✓Experience with third-party risk management processes
- ✓Familiarity with security management systems and documentation
- ✓Ability to prepare clear reports and documentation for management
- ✓Experience responding to regulatory and client information requests
