About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives at Oscilar, an AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform company. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, retaining and attracting talent, and expanding the customer base within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results
- →Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process to achieve targeted sales objectives
- →Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives
- →Empower your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes
- →Create a positive, motivating, and performance-driven team culture
- →Develop targeted goals to expand and accelerate revenue opportunities
- →Track and report key growth metrics to assess individual and team performance
- →Find innovative ways to improve and increase performance
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience in a relevant domain
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team, preferably in Enterprise
- ✓History of closing enterprise business and exceeding individual contributor quota
- ✓Strong people skills with proven ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented people
- ✓Ability to build scalable processes and optimize them over time
- ✓Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.
- ✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
