About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join PandaDoc and work with inbound leads to bring new business customers. This role involves managing the full-cycle sales process for SMB leads and helping prospects evaluate PandaDoc for their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
- →Meet/exceed monthly sales goals using value-based sales approaches
- →Perform prospecting activities to set up discovery and product demonstrations
- →Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and how PandaDoc can be a solution
- →Perform product demos and help prospects evaluate PandaDoc for their use case
- →Negotiate and close deals with buyers
- →Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
- →Consistently manage a clean pipeline and work to progress buyers through sales stages
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions
- ✓Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes
- ✓Previous experience accurately tracking and forecasting a pipeline through a CRM
- ✓Experience with managing a multi-touch sales cycle
- ✓Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
- ✓Team player with good communication skills
- ✓Experience in multi-threaded decision making
