About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead to join Pathpoint, a wholesale distribution platform connecting carriers and agents in the E&S insurance market. You will work closely with engineering, design, underwriting, operations, sales, and customers to discover and execute product strategy that activates, engages, and delights agents.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive planning for quarterly outcomes for the service roadmap in alignment with company goals
- →Collaborate with Engineering and Design to craft and execute the Product Roadmap aligned to company goals
- →Analyze performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for delivering value
- →Cultivate effective processes across the team to drive measurable value to the business
- →Coach and foster a culture of product and UX excellence across the team
Requirements
- ✓8+ years’ experience of product management leadership
- ✓Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering successful products in a rapid growth environment
- ✓Experience leading product discovery through market & user research, testing methodologies
- ✓Effectively communicates and aligns upon product strategy with cross functional stakeholders
- ✓Experience managing a team of Product & Designers
- ✓Proficiency with SQL, design and user experience tooling (Figma), LLMs
