About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to join Physical Intelligence, a company bringing general-purpose AI into the physical world. This role will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn and execute cross-functional projects with high ambiguity and real business impact
- βDrive data, compute, and infrastructure partnerships from sourcing through negotiation and management
- βPlug into deployment efforts including sourcing opportunities, structuring contracts, pricing, and operational setup
- βAssist with internal scaling initiatives such as office expansion, international operations, and company planning
- βSupport investor, board, and external communications including decks, analyses, and preparation
- βAct as an execution arm for founders and leaders, translating priorities into outcomes
Requirements
- βStrong analytical and strategic instincts with a bias toward action
- βComfort operating independently in ambiguous environments
- βCommercial mindset and basic financial fluency (contracts, pricing, tradeoffs)
- βExceptional written and verbal communication skills
- βWillingness to do anything, paired with strong prioritization instincts and comfort pushing back when work is low-leverage
- βStrong Ο-fit: respect for research and engineering culture, curiosity, and intellectual humility
