About the Role
We are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join Popl, a company defining a new category called In-Person Go-To-Market. This role will own the full lifecycle recruitment process, helping attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting from role intake through offer, start date, and onboarding coordination
- →Partner closely with hiring managers to conduct new role intakes, align on requirements, and advise on hiring strategy
- →Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and strong reporting
- →Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Develop and continuously improve candidate assessment strategies
- →Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- →Establish and document recruiting processes, best practices, and metrics
- →Track recruiting analytics and share insights to improve hiring efficiency
- →Represent Popl’s culture, values, and employer brand to candidates
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments
- ✓Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- ✓Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, or similar
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and build processes from scratch
- ✓Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and employer brand
