About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Qualysoft, a 25-year-old software engineering company with a global presence. This role involves leading new product development and enhancing customer experience through business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) and lifecycle enhancements
→Collaborate with Product Managers to define business and technical requirements
→Apply Design Thinking principles to enhance customer experience
→Ensure business requirements are clear, prioritized, and traceable
→Map stakeholders, user journeys, and opportunities into tangible outcomes
→Drive timely delivery of business requirements using SAFe methodology
→Coordinate traceability throughout project execution
→Continuously improve business analysis practices
→Support service transformation and commercialization initiatives

Requirements

✓Proven experience in New Product Development and product lifecycle enhancements
✓Strong background in process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and customer journey design
✓Familiarity with IT methodologies or frameworks such as ITIL
✓Hands-on experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence
✓Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
✓Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams
✓Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups
