About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the APJ sales team at Recorded Future in India. You will serve as the frontline catalyst for revenue growth in Enterprise and Government sectors across India and SAARC region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and qualify C-suite and VP-level prospects across target Enterprise and Government accounts
- →Run multi-channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to engage prospects and create new sales opportunities
- →Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence
- →Follow up on marketing generated leads in a timely and efficient manner
- →Lead first-call discovery calls to uncover pain points and secure next steps meetings
- →Learn and apply Recorded Future’s proven sales methodologies and processes
- →Partner closely with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- →Leverage coaching and enablement resources to refine messaging and objection-handling skills
- →Utilise sales prospecting tools to identify and research target accounts and contacts
- →Log activities and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3-4 years of successful outbound BDR/SDR experience in the enterprise space
- ✓Proven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise or government segments
- ✓Ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders
- ✓Desire to pursue technology sales as a career path
- ✓Ambitious self-starter mentality with agility to thrive in a high-growth, data-driven culture
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to take direction, be coached, and mentored
- ✓Must be based in Mumbai and attend the office at least 2-3 days a week
- ✓Fluent in business English
