About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a key strategic partner to leaders within their assigned client groups, providing HR support that aligns with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and interpret HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- →Provide insights and recommendations to align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational goals
- →Act as a trusted advisor, influencing and consulting with managers and leaders on people-related matters
- →Serve as the primary liaison between HR and business units, ensuring HR policies and programs meet operational needs
- →Support talent development efforts, helping identify high-potential employees and future leaders
- →Assist with succession planning initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline
- →Assist in executing organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation programs
- →Contribute to initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and workplace culture
- →Advise on the creation and execution of individual development plans to support employee growth
Requirements
- ✓Ability to analyze data, identify workforce trends, and partner with others to align on an action plan
- ✓Ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders
- ✓Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- ✓Skilled in navigating people challenges and partnering with HR leaders to provide strategic HR solutions
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
- ✓Adept at managing and resolving conflicts, fostering a constructive and solution-oriented approach
- ✓Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, talent management, and workforce planning
- ✓Experience supporting large-scale organizational change efforts
- ✓Familiarity with performance management frameworks, employee relations, and compensation strategies
