About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO of Ripple, a high-growth company operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role perfect for a strategic operator who can navigate the complexities of a global, multi-product organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on internal and externally driven priorities.
- →Synthesize complex information into clear executive recommendations.
- →Ensure the CEO is up to speed on relevant competitive and industry developments.
- →Partner with Strategic Initiatives and Communications teams to equip the CEO with executive-grade materials.
- →Capture outcomes and commitments from external engagements and drive timely follow-up.
- →Anticipate opportunities, risks, and emerging issues tied to the CEO’s external commitments.
- →Bring precision, clarity, and structure to the CEO’s operating rhythm.
- →Drive alignment and influence senior leaders across all functions.
- →Operate with exceptional discretion, judgment, and presence.
Requirements
- ✓MBA strongly preferred, demonstrating a solid grasp of core business fundamentals.
- ✓4+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting, financial services, or technology company.
- ✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, highly organized and detailed-focused.
- ✓Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
- ✓Deep interest in and passion for the blockchain, digital assets, and payments ecosystem.
- ✓Exceptional EQ and executive presence, with a proven ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset, thinker, doer paired with intellectual horsepower.
