Key Responsibilities

- →Work closely with departments to understand position requirements and find the best candidates
- →Actively identify new talent on platforms like LinkedIn to build a talent pool
- →Conduct structured interviews and lead debrief meetings to evaluate candidate fit
- →Participate in recruitment events and actively develop internal and external employer branding
Requirements
