About the Role
Join SEB bank's Service Desk Latvia team as an IT Support Specialist, providing first-line support to users across the Baltic countries. This role is part of the IT services operations team and plays a key role in supporting the bank's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide 1st level technical support to bank employees
- βReceive, process, and resolve user applications via telephone and remote desktop management
- βTroubleshoot hardware and software issues
- βManage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets
- βHandle application registration and support
Requirements
- βKnowledge of MS Office applications
- βUser-level knowledge of the Windows operating system
- βKnowledge of ITIL processes
- βAbility to learn quickly and willingness to help others
- βExperience with incident bulletin processing
- βGood Latvian and English language skills
