About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Security Operations Manager to join our international client's team. This role serves as a connecting link within a large security team, focusing on leading, coaching, and developing colleagues while ensuring a professional and smooth daily operation.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork with the Security Operations Manager to manage a team of approximately 40 security officers, including 10 supervisors
- βEnsure work instructions, protocols, and communication are always up to date
- βIdentify opportunities to make processes smarter and more effective, providing proactive advice
- βHandle administration using tools like Excel
