We are seeking a Security Manager to oversee operational site security and front-of-house services, ensuring a first-class experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• →Manage the delivery of operational site security and front-of-house services
• →Lead a large team of security officers and front-of-house staff
• →Conduct and monitor staff appraisals, encouraging development and progression
• →Oversee staff training and development, with monthly progress reporting
• →Manage rotas effectively to ensure coverage
• →Implement policies, SOPs, Assignment Instructions, and emergency preparedness plans
• →Handle incident management and response promptly and professionally
• →Safeguard people, buildings, and information assets
• →Assist with long-term strategic planning for the security function
• →Oversee the operation of security systems
• →Work cross-functionally with Property and Facilities teams
• →Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis across the estate
