About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Wolt Drive, our Delivery-as-a-Service solution that enables merchants to offer fast and reliable deliveries for orders placed through their own channels. This is a high-impact role focused on scaling Wolt Drive in Germany by driving adoption among new and existing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own, scale, and manage key partnerships – Act as the trusted advisor to merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term success with Wolt Drive.
- →Lead complex negotiations and deal-making – Structure commercial agreements that create long-term value.
- →Lead strategic projects and stakeholder management – Work cross-functionally to align Product, Sales, Operations, and other teams in scaling efficiently.
- →Optimize processes for mass account management – Design and improve scalable account management processes, tooling, and playbooks to support a growing partner base.
- →Build and improve internal enablement – Improve processes, materials, and best practices for other teams to manage Wolt Drive at scale.
- →Leverage data to drive decision-making – Develop insights, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to accelerate growth.
- →Collaborate with integrators and tech teams – Partner with key integration providers to expand Wolt Drive’s reach and relevance.
Requirements
- ✓Fluent/Native German and excellent English skills (written & spoken).
- ✓>5 years of experience in account management, business development, consultative sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally within marketplaces, eCommerce, last-mile logistics, or SaaS.
- ✓Track record in managing and influencing partners and stakeholders across different teams, from C-level executives to internal commercial and operational teams.
- ✓Strong strategic and analytical mindset – able to break down complex challenges and execute on both short-term and long-term goals.
- ✓Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable taking initiative, navigating ambiguity, and building things from scratch.
