About the Role
We are looking for a Data Platform Solution Consultant to join our presales team. This role focuses on driving innovative solutions around ServiceNow’s data platform, leveraging NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities to deliver significant business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for ServiceNow’s data products to business and technical stakeholders.
- →Lead technical discovery sessions to understand complex data challenges and translate them into effective ServiceNow-based solutions.
- →Develop robust and innovative architectures that leverage ServiceNow’s data platform for data ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics, and actionable insights.
- →Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure comprehensive solution alignment and successful project execution.
- →Support the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through close, driving sales targets with tailored data integration-focused solutions.
- →Maintain deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s data portfolio including Workflow Data Fabric, RaptorDB, NowAssist, Agentic AI, and stay informed of industry trends in data engineering.
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of the data domain and experience with ServiceNow’s data platform.
- ✓Strong technical background in database, data catalog, governance, and integrated data solutions.
- ✓Experience in designing data architectures and developing solutions for data ingestion, transformation, integration, and analytics.
- ✓Ability to lead technical discovery sessions and translate complex data challenges into effective solutions.
