About the Role
We are seeking a Partner Account Manager to support our transformational vision where 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success.' This role focuses on accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with ServiceNow partners to produce new business
- →Ensure our partners help provide successful projects to customers
- →Support joint sales pursuit activities to guide field interlock resulting in 'Sourced' NNACV
- →Accelerate account growth through joint go-to-market plans
- →Ensure Alliance operational thoughtfulness and consistency
- →Develop capacity plans to position partners for successful customer implementations
- →Work with Marketing teams on joint demand generation plans
- →Ensure Partner strategy follows Value Selling principles
Requirements
- ✓Experience in partner management and sales
- ✓Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and workflow offerings
- ✓Ability to develop joint go-to-market plans
- ✓Experience with sales quotas and performance metrics
- ✓Knowledge of digital transformation strategies
