About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on driving customer value and supporting sales efforts through effective collaboration and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities

- βOwn your business and drive growth and collaboration to do impactful people and customer work.
- βWork with your team of Solution Consultants (SCs) to demonstrate relevance to customers, focusing on discovery and understanding of their business and requirements.
- βDevelop team members according to business demands and individual professional goals.
- βEnsure continuous and regular feedback to team members through direct observation, peer, and sales feedback.
- βWork with Customer Workflow and regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts.
- βDrive marketing and partner strategy and execution for Customer Workflow business and demand generation.
- βSupport collaboration and innovation engagements with Customer Workflow product organization to feedback customer insights for future product developments.
- βDevelop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates.
- βManage day-to-day activities such as resource alignment, effective utilization of skills, administrative tasks, and reporting.
Requirements
- βExperience in solution consulting or a similar role.
- βStrong storytelling and presentation skills.
- βAbility to drive change and adoption where needed.
- βExperience with customer workflow and regional sales management.
- βKnowledge of marketing and partner strategy.
- βUnderstanding of product development processes.
- βStrong organizational and administrative skills.
