About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking an exceptional GTM Strategic Leader to drive transformative growth in their $1.2B Security and Risk portfolio. This executive role will act as a trusted advisor to senior customers and stakeholders, blending strategic foresight with operational mastery.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and execute the GTM strategy across ServiceNow’s Risk and Security business
→Forge and deepen strategic alliances with M&A teams to deliver joint GTM strategies
→Reimagine CISO and CRO GTM through inventive pricing, packaging, and sales programs
→Partner with Product, Geo, Account, Industry, Solution, Marketing, Customer Excellence, Partners, and Analytics leaders
→Cultivate high-level relationships with CISOs and Chief Risk Officers at global enterprises
→Champion a customer-centric culture where feedback informs product and GTM decisions
→Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM motions while optimizing operating models
→Design innovative enablement strategies to upskill sales and GTM teams
→Anticipate market trends and competitive shifts to keep ServiceNow ahead of the curve
→Represent ServiceNow at industry forums and with customers as an Executive Sponsor
→Inspire and mentor a global team of GTM strategists and operators

Requirements

✓Expertise in orchestrating cross-functional strategies and driving enterprise-wide alignment
✓Experience leading large-scale transformations and managing diverse portfolios
✓Strong background in engaging CISOs and CROs with deep CISO, Risk, and Security experience
✓Ability to shape strategic direction and translate vision into scalable execution
✓Proven track record of delivering impactful change at scale
✓Experience with launch planning, enablement, and performance tracking
✓Skill in optimizing operating models, governance, and KPIs for scalable accountability
✓Experience designing innovative enablement strategies for sales and GTM teams
✓Ability to anticipate market trends and competitive shifts
✓Experience representing companies at industry forums and with customers
✓Leadership experience inspiring and mentoring global teams
