About the Role
The LAC Program Manager will lead coordination, management, and execution of all program activities to ensure delivery of products and services according to customer specifications and quality standards. This role involves managing scope, cost, scheduling, resourcing, risk, and revenue realization throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and ensure all contract requirement deliverables, including design, testing, installation, and training elements.
- →Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, planning, cost, and risk management.
- →Conduct risk assessments and take actions to mitigate risks.
- →Monitor program readiness and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- →Assist Business Development, Sales, and Product Development activities through feasibility analyses and response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- →Identify business development opportunities and support product management efforts.
- →Report program status to stakeholders and prepare periodic status reports.
- →Benchmark program management approaches and promote best practices.
- →Create effective business communications, including technical proposals and presentations.
- →Train and coach direct reports and colleagues.
- →Comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control and security regulations.
- →Adhere to legal requirements and company policies, including business ethics, data protection, and health & safety.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in program management, including scope, planning, cost, and risk management.
- ✓Knowledge of contract requirements and deliverables.
- ✓Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigate risks.
- ✓Experience with project scheduling and budget management.
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Understanding of export control and security regulations.
