About the Role
The Director of Marketing Operations serves as a critical strategic partner across the organization, collaborating closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and key external agencies. This leader drives operational excellence, elevates executional standards, and accelerates speed-to-market within a highly regulated and scientifically complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide strategic oversight of Sobi North America’s end-to-end content management ecosystem, including Medical, Legal & Regulatory Review Committee (SRC) operations, print/fulfillment workflows, and CLM material deployment.
- →Lead modernization efforts that strengthen operational efficiency, including implementation of modular content models and the integration of AI-enabled tools within MLR workflows.
- →Guide cross-functional teams through marketing enablement initiatives that reinforce best practices, elevate operational capability, and support continuous improvement.
- →Drive planning and governance processes that support annual functional planning, agency management, and operational readiness across Commercial and CXI&O initiatives.
- →Provide executive oversight, escalations, and metrics for promotional review.
- →Advance strategic cross-functional initiatives and evaluate new capabilities.
- →Drive change management and AOR Governance & Best Practices.
Requirements
