About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads in the IT security sector for public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

→Contact key decision-makers in the IT security field in the public sector and generate and qualify valuable leads.
→Secure customer acquisition through targeted email outreach and social selling.
→Responsible for active, telephone outreach and support of potential new customers.
→Implement creative, "out of the box" sales tactics to continuously expand your pipeline.
→Present our SaaS product both by phone, in online meetings, and at events directly with customers.
→Work closely with our Account Executives to successfully win new customers.

Requirements

✓Experience in SMB or corporate sales in the DACH market (ideally in the public sector) and a desire to further develop your expertise.
✓Communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers in the DACH market.
✓Structured and careful work style, even in stressful situations, you maintain an overview.
✓Ambition, motivation, and performance orientation – you tackle things directly.
✓Teamwork and a desire to work with automations and AI-supported workflows.
✓Enthusiasm to grow together with our team.
✓Excellent German language skills and good English language skills in speech and writing.
✓Possibility of an imminent start with us.
