About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads for our Human Risk Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contact key decision-makers in the IT security sector and generate and qualify valuable leads.
- →Ensure customer acquisition through targeted email outreach and social selling.
- →Be responsible for active, telephone contact and support of potential new customers.
- →Use creative, "out of the box" sales tactics to continuously expand your pipeline.
- →Present our SaaS product both by phone, in online meetings, and at events directly with customers.
- →Work closely with our Account Executives to successfully acquire new customers.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in SMB or corporate sales in the DACH market and a desire to further develop your expertise.
- ✓Communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers in the DACH market.
- ✓Structured and careful work style, even in stressful situations you maintain an overview.
- ✓Ambition, motivation, and performance orientation – you tackle things directly.
- ✓Teamwork and a desire to work with automations and AI-supported workflows.
- ✓Enthusiasm to grow together with our team.
- ✓Excellent German language skills and good English language skills in speech and writing.
