About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data Delivery, Sports Media unit at Sportradar in London, UK. This role involves product management of longtail sports API products and supporting product managers across multiple sports and products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Product manage multiple sports data API products
- →Support product managers in the team and from other business areas
- →Collaborate with Support, Client Service, Operations, and Production teams
- →Manage sports product backlogs
- →Review, resolve, and manage customer queries, bugs, and feature requests
- →Work with Operations team to analyse the portfolio and improve documentation
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of product management principles
- ✓Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
- ✓Ability to comprehend and analyse data feeds in a sports context
- ✓Clear communication skills
- ✓Attention to detail
- ✓Understanding of a wide range of sports
- ✓Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- ✓Working knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
- ✓Disciplined with time management
- ✓Desire to develop product management experience
