About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Sprout Social for a 3-month contract position. This role will support our global hiring teams by managing high-volume interview scheduling and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule high volumes of interviews across multiple roles, departments, and time zones
- →Manage regular communication with candidates and hiring teams about interview lineups and schedules
- →Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to provide a streamlined scheduling process
- →Work closely with People Ops, Employee Experience, and IT teams to manage new hire onboarding tasks
- →Maintain accurate candidate data and scheduling information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- →Use AI-powered tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve communications
- →Identify opportunities to simplify processes and solve problems creatively using technology
- →Serve as a brand ambassador for Sprout, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our culture
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of professional interview scheduling experience on a Talent Acquisition team
- ✓Must be available during core East Coast business hours (EST/EDT)
- ✓Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management software
- ✓Experience utilizing generative AI tools or other technology to streamline administrative tasks
- ✓Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
