About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our expanding Legal team at StackAdapt. This role will play a pivotal role in the ongoing maturation and strategic scaling of our global compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

→Formulate strategy by monitoring emerging regulations and industry developments and managing a compliance calendar
→Develop, implement, and refine scalable compliance frameworks, internal policies, and procedures
→Design, execute, and manage an end-to-end internal compliance audit schedule
→Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify potential control gaps and emerging compliance risks
→Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive compliance dashboards and key performance indicators
→Develop and update annual compliance training modules
→Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across all functional areas

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in compliance, trust & safety or legal
✓Employment operations/compliance experience required
✓Experience in AdTech or Fintech is highly preferred
✓Strong familiarity with established regulatory/compliance programs and processes
✓Outstanding communication skills, including written and verbal communications
✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✓Familiarity with control testing methodologies and evidence collection
✓Experience supporting process improvements and coordinating projects
✓Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance audit, risk, or compliance processes preferred
✓Ability to make effective and independent judgments and develop creative solutions to difficult problems
