About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Stripe's Solutions Architecture Strategic Programs team. This role focuses on designing and delivering programs that address the organization's most strategic priorities and time-sensitive business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate Solutions Architecture (SA) and Demo Engineering participation in Stripe’s largest user-facing conferences
- →Partner with various marketing teams to define processes that scale SA thought leadership through webinars and whitepapers
- →Operationalize SA participation in industry conferences, Executive Briefing Centers, and Developer Meet-ups
- →Embed SA expertise into various phases of Stripe’s product development cycle
- →Synthesize SA user insights and product feedback to inform Product roadmap prioritization
- →Define and operationalize SA knowledge management best practices
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline
- ✓Track record of delivering global, complex programs with multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments
- ✓Ability to work well under pressure with high adaptability and flexibility
- ✓Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- ✓Ability to transition from strategy to detailed execution
- ✓Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Leadership qualities with ownership of challenges
