About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Stripe's Solutions Architecture Strategic Programs team. This role focuses on designing and delivering programs that improve user-facing excellence and organizational efficiency within the global Solutions Architecture organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Solutions Architecture leadership and Enablement to update global playbooks with guidance and best practices for Solutions Architecture excellence.
- →Define and operationalize inspection/coaching mechanisms for Solutions Architecture pre-sales excellence.
- →Design, deliver, and run global programs that develop Solutions Architecture talent and invest in people & culture.
- →Provide central project management support on high-priority global initiatives to drive decision-making, action, visibility, accountability, and impact.
- →Define and manage internal Solutions Architecture communication rhythms to drive clarity, alignment, and action across the field.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline.
- ✓A strong track record of delivering global, complex programs with multiple stakeholders in a changing, ambiguous environment end-to-end.
- ✓Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels from individual contributors to front-line managers to C-Suite.
- ✓An ability to seamlessly transition from strategy to very detailed work and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves".
- ✓An ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to align and execute on common objectives.
