About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join SugarCRM, a leading CRM software company. This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across the business, working closely with leaders to deliver accurate forecasting and produce presentations for financial and operational reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive efficiency through scalable processes and automation
- →Develop dashboards, performance metrics, and financial models connecting strategic objectives to financial outcomes
- →Serve as a strategic partner to align finance strategy with the company’s growth goals
- →Work cross-functionally to support revenue forecasting, utilization analysis, and profitability assessments
- →Design and automate reporting for recurring financial and operational reviews
- →Build executive-level presentations summarizing trends and strategic insights
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- ✓4+ years of FP&A experience
- ✓Proven experience in SaaS metrics, business models, and value creation levers
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
