About the Role
We are looking for Technical Support Consultants to manage and respond to inbound communications from technicians through voice and chat channels. This role involves supporting field technicians during installation and repair service calls at customer homes.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide exceptional service, support, and resolutions to technicians, support groups, and customers as needed
- βUtilize phone and chat channels to assist technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies
- βDemonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- βOperate multiple desktop applications while supporting up to two technicians simultaneously
- βAccurately document all actions taken during each transaction with the technician
- βAdhere to the provided shift schedule, with flexibility to adjust as needed
Requirements
- βFundamental understanding of technical aspects involved in delivering services to customer premises
- βFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and key information that support technicians
- βStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
- βAbility to multitask and operate multiple applications simultaneously
- βWillingness to adjust to shift schedules as business requirements change
