About the Role
We are looking for an AI-savvy BDR/SDR to join our team at Swapcard. This role focuses on using AI and modern outbound techniques to drive pipeline generation and scale outreach efforts in a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- →Execute on target account lists and improve them
- →Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach at scale
- →Run outreach experiments and share learnings
- →Collaborate with Marketing and MOps to activate campaigns
- →Help shape the future of our SDR motion
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Sales, Growth, or similar role
- ✓Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- ✓Experience with sales tech (Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- ✓Comfortable working with data, tools, and CRM systems
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
