About the Role
We are looking for a multi-site HR Business Partner with experience in retail or hospitality to join our Mecca Venues Operations Leadership team. This role involves shaping and delivering people strategies that support business ambitions and create an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Venues teams and Regional Operations Managers to implement people plans
- →Boost engagement across venues and support culture-building aligned to Mecca’s values
- →Contribute to People & Culture projects using people data to identify trends and opportunities
- →Champion talent through recruitment, development, succession planning, and performance management
- →Lead complex ER matters and uphold standards of CSR, EDI, compliance, and governance
- →Deputise for the People Director as required
Requirements
- ✓Experience as an HR Business Partner in retail or hospitality
- ✓Strong understanding of people strategy and performance management
- ✓Ability to work with regional teams and contribute to culture-building
