About the Role
We are looking for motivated sales development representatives to join our team at WFS Group. This role focuses on generating qualified sales appointments through warm calling and inbound screening, contributing to revenue growth for our high ticket sales programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches
- →Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers
- →Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management
- →Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed
- →Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming sales training content
- →Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and strategize
- →Engage in question-led discovery dialogue to identify customer needs
- →Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach
- →Utilize WFS sales materials to prepare leads for closer meetings
- →Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets
- →Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless sales process
Requirements
- ✓6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high ticket sales
- ✓Effective communication and presentation skills
