About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager – Sales Operations to drive cross-functional sales initiatives, improve sales productivity, and ensure operational excellence across the sales lifecycle. This role will own strategic programs, process optimization, sales enablement initiatives, and analytics that directly impact revenue growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end planning, execution & implementation of sales operations programs
- →Own end-to-end planning and execution of sales programs
- →Translate company revenue goals into structured sales programs
- →Drive rollout and adoption of sales initiatives across regions
- →Partner with Operations, Sales Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams
- →Design, document, and optimize sales processes
- →Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- →Drive standardization and governance across regions
- →Ensure sales teams are trained and equipped with the right tools
- →Coordinate onboarding and ongoing enablement
- →Act as a key stakeholder for CRM and other sales tech stack tools
- →Work with IT/RevOps on system enhancements
- →Define KPIs and success metrics for all sales programs
- →Build dashboards and executive-level reporting
- →Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations
- →Support quarterly and annual planning with robust analysis
- →Influence senior sales leaders without direct authority
- →Drive adoption of new processes and tools
- →Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership
Requirements
- ✓4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations
- ✓Strong experience managing cross-functional programs in a sales or revenue environment
- ✓Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- ✓Preferred
- ✓Experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise Sales environments
- ✓Exposure to sales compensation, forecasting, or territory planning
- ✓PMP / Agile / Six Sigma certification
- ✓Experience working with global or multi-region sales teams
