About the Role
We are looking for a Global Mobility Program Manager to build and run programs that help hire, relocate, and transfer talent around the world quickly and compliantly. This role operates at the intersection of People Operations, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, Tax, Compensation, and Payroll, partnering with external vendors to deliver seamless mobility support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own the global mobility program end-to-end, including cross-border transfers, relocations, and work authorization support
- →Run day-to-day operations for immigration and mobility cases, including intake, eligibility guidance, document collection, and vendor coordination
- →Own vendor management for immigration counsel and mobility partners, setting expectations and tracking performance
- →Maintain compliant, audit-ready practices with proper documentation and controls
- →Develop clear policies, guides, FAQs, and templates for mobility decisions
- →Use data to improve the program by defining metrics and turning insights into process improvements
- →Design for scale by identifying bottlenecks and improving system integrity
Requirements
- ✓Experience building or improving a mobility program in a fast-growing environment
- ✓Strong operational judgment and comfort managing time-sensitive workflows
- ✓Proven cross-functional influence with Legal, Finance, and People stakeholders
- ✓Comfort working with systems and data for reporting and trend analysis
- ✓Bias for action and ownership, consistently raising program quality
