About the Role
We are looking for a program manager to join World, a company building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. This role involves working with stakeholders across Talent, Finance, IT, and Engineering to shape hiring, onboarding, and lifecycle processes, and build infrastructure to empower data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and continuously improve processes across Talent and People Ops
- →Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and build systems and automations
- →Own data integrity across Talent and People systems
- →Define and maintain core metrics and consistent definitions across teams
- →Build dashboards and recurring reports for people and talent insights
Requirements
- ✓Deep experience in designing and operating scalable people processes
- ✓Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience with Workday reports, ETL pipelines, and SQL
- ✓Problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a bias for action
