About the Role
TouchBistro is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to partner with Sales and ensure smooth customer launches. This role involves guiding restaurant teams through hands-on training to confidently use TouchBistro POS and Payments systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Project manage the implementation, configuration, and training of TouchBistro’s POS system for new customers
- →Build trust with restaurant operators by understanding their needs and recommending solutions
- →Partner with internal teams including Install, Product, Development, Sales, Support, and Customer Care
- →Deliver clear, comprehensive training on TouchBistro features and functionality
- →Identify and recommend upsell opportunities during implementation
- →Support customers for long-term success and help turn them into TouchBistro advocates
Requirements
- ✓2 or more years of experience in project management, onboarding, or customer success
- ✓Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
- ✓Ability to build rapport quickly with restaurant teams, including owners
- ✓Ability to set clear expectations and keep stakeholders aligned
- ✓Enthusiasm for TouchBistro’s mission to reinvent the restaurant experience
- ✓Fluency in Spanish is a plus
