About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Tribe AI, an AI-native services company helping enterprises build and deploy AI products. This role will own hiring for Tribe's most critical technical roles, including AI Engineers, AI PMs, AI Architects, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own hiring for Tribe’s most important technical and delivery roles
- →Build a scalable, high-quality technical hiring engine with structured interview processes
- →Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical and hybrid roles across engineering, product, architecture, and design
- →Develop durable, high-signal pipelines through outbound sourcing and technical communities
- →Partner closely with technical leadership to define emerging role profiles
- →Manage external search partners and identify process improvements
- →Drive operational excellence across the recruiting funnel
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of recruiting experience with focus on technical roles
- ✓Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and closing senior technical candidates
- ✓Experience recruiting hard-to-define or emerging roles
- ✓Strong ability to partner with technical leaders and influence hiring decisions
- ✓Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓High ownership, operational rigor, and comfort in fast-paced environments
- ✓Familiarity with modern AI stack (LLMs, data pipelines, MLOps, cloud infrastructure)
